AU NATUREL BY THE CARIBBEAN KING

I remember when I was on the cover of Express Magazine back in December of 2014. In the interview I spoke about one of my plans for the future of possibly starting my own swimwear line. It wasn’t anything written in stone, but was just an idea I had. Finally, after a few months I decided to start the project, the first piece of the collection is a flesh colored swim brief . I drew inspiration from the idea of playing with sand colors and the playfulness and sexiness of the illusion of being “au naturel”, which is the name of this brief. The flesh colored items in clothing and shoes have been present in fashion in the last seasons but never in swimwear for obvious reasons.  Those reasons were the motivation that inspired me to take this direction. The design is a classic brief, not too small and not too big, just the classic speedo cut for men that are… let’s say, courageous, to wear a snug piece of swimwear. I’m very proud to say …

CROWNS FOR THE KING | DOLCE&GABBANNA FALL-WINTER 15-16

Crown print quilted bomber jacket by Dolce&Gabbana, Ripped Gold 14 fit denim with crown and bee embroidery jeans by @ Dolce&Gabbana, Hand Bag by @dolce&Gabanna, Neo Noir Sunglasses by Le Specs, Watch by Nixon. __________________________________________________________________ What a pleasant surprise to see crowns and also bees in the newest collection of Dolce&Gabbana, crowns fit for a king of course *laughs*. “Crowns have long been a heraldic symbol of royalty, courage and power and along with the industrious, loyal and kind icon of the bee, these two emblems have been unified and adopted as a leitmotif of the Dolce&Gabbana in the Fall Winter 2015-16 menswear collection. In their familiar concept of high/low, Dolce&Gabbana transpose these age-old symbols of human virtue onto shirts, embroidered tailoring and accessories. Universally recognized symbols in their own right become fashionable icons for the season, and beyond.” If you are in Aruba make sure you visit the Dolce&Gabbana store located at the Renaissance Mall, maybe we can go shopping together next time. TEAMI BLENDS AND THE CARIBBEAN KING

So, i’ve been forced to give up the coffee, not an easy thing, specially if you started drinking coffee at age 5, my mom was and is addicted to coffee and me and my siblings we all grew up drinking coffee…. But this is not a coffee article, it is a teami article… So, I just started drinking tea, mainly because my coffee machine is broke… Im an english breakfast man myself, on the sweet side, not to crazy with weird flavors… I had the chance to talk with the people of teami and try their products. I got the profit tea and the energy one, which i thought it was great since i started training again. The tea tastes great, I was actually really  surprised, wasn’t expecting to like it so much but I do and it feels fresh and natural… I mean, of course it is natural but you can actually see the leaves and see how the whole infusion is made in your plastic tumbler. You really feel you are drinking a natural, organic …

Vilebrequin’s Starlet shorts

I could write about the specs of a swim trunk or instead, I could tell you how great they are in simple words.  First of all, they are a little shorter than the usual classic Moorea, it’s a modern twist that is on-trend right now and looks good and sexy and even thou The Master, that’s how these shorts are called, has been since 1996, these kind of short shorts have become more popular in the past 5 years.  Everyday, men are exploring new territories in fashion and these short shorts are the best example. I mean, if you have great legs why not show them off a little? It is always great to have variety in your closet, if you already have a Moorea, this pair would be a great addition to your collection. They feature really masculine colors and a nautical theme pattern. From the new collection these are my favorites, the girl working in the Vilebrequin store at the Renaissance Mall in Aruba showed them to me the minute I told her I was looking for new shorts. I guess everybody …
