As it’s getting colder I’m planning my holidays to warmer temperatures, clearer waters, and Islands other than Manhattan like Aruba, Tulum and St Barths to end the year. Trust me, if I can skip the entire winter season, I would. In the last few weeks, I’ve been jumping around the Caribbean avoiding the New York cold and seeking loungers and cocktails. If you’ve been following my journey this season, you’ve probably caught me recently in Miami for Art Basel, Aruba and most recently, Tulum,  which has become one of my favorite places in Mexico. I packed my essentials for Tulum, sorts of linen and swim trunks, a hat for the sun and sunglasses, which is the key to my outfits for many reasons. For starters, they’re not only the perfect compliment to my outfit, but also protects my eyes for UV rays, and most importantly, cover any signs of that the night before was long— if you know what I mean. Classic pieces never go out of style, that’s why this blog posts is featuring only Ralph Lauren items that you can buy and wear forever or as long as they fit you. *laughs* The Green Regent Shirt  has been crafted from cotton poplin, it’s a slim-fitting, striped dress shirt featuring a medium-spread Regent collar and Ralph Lauren’s signature embroidered pony. The herringbone blazer is rendered in a lightweight blend of linen and silk, with leather accents and elbow patches for a rustic inspiration.  They look great together, the earth colors complement each other very well, they look fresh, young and casual together.  The white chino pants are rafted from smooth cotton, this essential pant is treated with pigment dyes to achieve a vintage look and features a straight-leg silhouette. For the belt I picked a classic navy themed belt with a vibrant pattern of nautical flags. The outfit is complete now, I picked a light color bottom to give it a resort/cruise look appropriate for the caribbean. For this summer outfit you need these beautiful pieces I always like statement pieces, I mean, you know me… and this Ralph Lauren Terry hoodie is one! Made of cotton, perfect for early morning walks by the beach or late night strolls, this hoodie has a floral print toned down with a dark blue to give it a masculine touch, once again I paired a colorful piece with a solid bottom, in this case a relaxed fit Ralph Lauren bermuda short that goes well with anything. The sunglasses are a collaboration I did with Silvio Vasconi and I will be giving away 2 pairs this summer to two lucky followers, be pending! So, I was lucky enough to be the first man blogging about the new MOBO swimwear line for men. Dear Friend Keren brought me a pair of their zungas and they are colorful, confortable, the fit is perfect, the lining is really good inside. Teh classic floral print is always a perfect choice fo rthe beahc,a dds that pop of color against the white sand or the turquoise waters. You need to check them out as soon as tehy’re released this summer. Mobo swimweasr is a Must Have. Now, the tank top here is everything, it is Algae Miami, new brand, beautiful brand, I got a few pieces from them but THIS TANK is just too much, and the color is on point. Algae describes this tan as “A throwback to 90’s dancehall and roots rock reggae. Its versatile, great for layering, and perfect for sweltering summers”.
