Bali is an exotic destination and has always been on my list. it’s quite the long trip but completely worth it. My personal journey took over 38 hours from door to door to get to Ubud, but I couldn’t be happier. The weather is amazing, the food is even better, and the people are super friendly, and above the expenses are pretty low compared to other tropical destinations. Saving some money has always been a passion of mine.
For my trip, I´ve packed some of my favorite shots including Independent leader’s latest swimwear collection. I picked the Estavao floral swim shorts and the color blocking Marco, which is a new favorite.
I have been exploring this beautiful country for the past few days and I have fallen in love with it. Here are my top 4 places to visit to get the best Instagram picture.
Tegallalang Rice Terraces
Ubud is famous for its scenic expanses of rice fields. And the paddies with the best vantage point are just up north from the main Ubud center, along the road of Tegallalang. Here, roadside stalls and art shops offering items and curios of all kinds line the street, as well as small restaurants offering diners great views.
The Ubud Art Market
Locally referred to as ‘Pasar Seni Ubud’ is located opposite the Puri Saren Royal Ubud Palace and is open daily. Here you can find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, handmade woven bags, baskets or hats; statues, kites, and many other hand-crafted goods.
Omnia Dayclub Bali
The newly opened club is the latest addition to the Omnia family. Located in Uluwatu, this place is an all-day party destination perched atop a cliff, 100 meters above the Indian Ocean, and is stunning.
Tanah Lot Temple
Tanah Lot must be the island’s most iconic temple. This temple is perched on top of a huge rock, and surrounded by the sea with waves constantly crashing on to its base. As among Bali’s most important sea temples, Tanah Lot pays homage to the guardian spirits of the sea. The temple serves as a foreground to the most picturesque sunsets
