New York City is always a good Idea. There’s no place like it, especially during the spring season. During my recent trip to the Big Apple, I test drove the Rimini slip-on sneaker from Bruno Magli’s latest collection. 

This summer staple is made up of a foil weave calf leather upper and a rubber cup outsole— so no need to worry about comfort or style since both are present. 

Bruno Magli is a synonym of elegant design and impeccable craftsmanship, they’re made in Italy after all. The woven leather sneakers are super comfortable and are the right choice, especially if you’re planning on walking all over downtown, across the Brooklyn Bridge, and around Dumbo too. 

They’re super versatile too– and can transition beautifully from a  city look to a resort ensemble while on vacation— plus they can be paired with denim, bermuda shorts, or chinos. 

Summer style can be a bit bland when wearing solid linen tops and bermuda shorts on the daily. To spice up your look I would throw on an accessory that has texture, like these guys, and would make a statement.
