Are you ready to place your bets? 2016 is just around the corner… do you believe in luck? destiny? I believe in working hard, I know; sounds cheesy. But yeah… I’ve always have this thing for wearing new clothes on new years, makes me feel ready to start the new year… a new year is an offering to give another try, why not wear something new and look your best? no matter what you are wearing… I also grew up with this silly superstition: You have to wear yellow underwear for good luck… i know, very silly. This uncertainty, excitement, gambling on a new year inspired this look and this post. I’m wearing a three-piece suit with double-breasted jacket with the gold fit tuxedo shirt with stiff French collar and bow tie by Dolce Gabbana. I have to come clean and say this look came straight out of the runway, the minute I saw this pants in the store it was love, it was love at first sight. I know it is a lot of florals but the black and white kind of tones down the look a bit, I mean, it could be really over the top but is not. The pants for sure I can wear also with just a black simple v neck or a gray shirt. The sunglasses was the only thing that wasn’t black or white and it has an explanation, a very subjective one: i just love brown sunglasses. I accessorized it with my new Paul Hewitt watch and an anchor bracelet by Hewitt also. While Visiting Mexico City I had the chance to go to Ciudad Universitaria, I was so impressed with all the murals, specially the one in the the main library in the Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. It is in a group of landmark buildings that make the Campus a World Heritage site which was done by Juan O’Gorman. If we are being honest, it’s one of the best things in the world In this post I want to talk about two smoothies, “The Cure” which is the green one, this little juice here is the perfect cure for a hangover. It contains lemon juice, aloe vera, kale, green apple, and ginger… this is a bomb but a good one, that will make you feel better in no time… Have one, run on  the beach and take a swim… you’ll be feeling like a brand new person by the time you are done. A TASTE OF THE CARNIVAL BREEZE

So, I had the chance to spend a few hours on board of the massive Carnival Breeze. Obviously a few hours is not enough to enjoy the ship. You need a week, but here are my impressions and a few pictures I took. Let’s start by saying that you need a week, yes, you need a week for sure to enjoy this ship. I spent 3 hours on the lido deck having fun, because that’s what it is all about. I actually felt like a kid running up and down the amazing Lido Deck, the water slides took half my time. They were so much fun. Practically everybody left to go explore the beautiful island of Aruba, which left me with the chance to enjoy the ship by myself. It’s the perfect place to go on vacation with your kids or a group of friends. The deck has 2 pools and countless spots to relax and chairs sunbath. I think I counted 4 or 6 jacuzzis. So, I’ve started my diet again. Training hard at the gym and getting ready not only for carnival season but for every season. Looking and feeling good should always be a priority in your life.
